I'm back..finally back! So miss the feeling of the hard stable soil. Lol. The pitching and rolling over at the South China Sea really wasnt comfortable. Though my sea sick band did the magic of keeping my puke inside me, the constant churning in my stomach was torturous. What was worst was the combat rations. Yea, having the thought that being in the navy would mean farewell to combat rations was wrong. The sea state was too bad for the chef to cook, warming up the combat rations was the most he could do. With an upset stomach, the rations nearly ruined the work of my sea sick band. haha. Good thing that time flies, i knew 5 days out in the vast ocean were coming to an end when the beautiful skyline of Marina Bay came into view as we sailed along the Singapore Straits back to where home is. The smell of home was strong and morale was high.
